For more than 40 years, Teresa has lived and worked among fields, woods, expansive skies, and distant horizons in rural landscapes. This immersion in the natural world has gradually cultivated a minimalist aesthetic grounded in observation, simplicity, and presence. Extended periods of living within the elemental landscapes of northern New Mexico and other places of resonance and quiet intensity, have further shaped her sensitivity to space, light, and perception. Underlying this way of seeing is an ongoing inquiry into direct experience, perception, and nonduality.

Currently her home and studio is located in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, Canada. She shares this place of beauty with Canadian artist Robert Marchessault.
